What you need to enroll in Mobile Banking

  • You must be enrolled in Online Banking and know your Access ID
  • Smartphone with internet access

Enrolling in Mobile Banking using your email address (recommended)

  1. Log into your NewBridge Bank Online account
  2. Go to the “Options” page
  3. Scroll down to the “Mobile Banking” section and click on the “Edit” button
  4. Complete the “Mobile Banking Enrollment” fields in this order:
    1. Complete the second field first by selecting “No Carrier” from the drop down menu
    2. Complete the first field next by entering your email address (make sure to enter an address that you have set up to receive emails on your smartphone)
    3. Complete the third field by entering a four-digit mobile banking PIN that you select
    4. Complete the fourth field by confirming the four-digit mobile banking PIN you entered in the third field
  5. After submitting this information, you will receive an email with a one time password and link to your mobile banking account
    1. Follow the link to login to your account for the first time (you will need your Access ID from your NewBridge Bank Online account and your mobile banking PIN)
    2. Once you’ve logged into your mobile banking account, you will receive another email with a new one time password and link; save this email for the next time you want to login to mobile banking
    3. You will receive a new email with a new one time password and link every time you log into mobile banking to ensure you have maximum security and control over your mobile banking account

Enrolling in Mobile Banking using text messaging (email method is recommended):

  1. Log into your NewBridge Bank Online account
  2. Go to the “Options” page
  3. Scroll down to the “Mobile Banking” section and click on the “Edit” button
  4. Complete the “Mobile Banking Enrollment” fields in this order:
    1. Complete the first field by entering your nine-digit phone number
    2. Complete the second field by selecting your respective service carrier from the drop down menu
    3. Complete the third field by entering a four-digit mobile banking PIN that you select
    4. Complete the fourth field by confirming the four-digit mobile banking PIN you entered in the third field
  5. After submitting this information, you will receive a text with a one time password and link to your mobile banking account
    1. Follow the link to login to your account for the first time (you will need your Access ID from your NewBridge Bank Online account and your mobile banking PIN)
    2. Once you’ve logged into your mobile banking account, you will receive another text with a new one time password and link; save this text for the next time you want to login to mobile banking
    3. You will receive a new text with a new one time password and link every time you log into mobile banking to ensure you have maximum security and control over your mobile banking account
