Logging in to Online Banking
CapStone Bank clients now have full access to NewBridge Bank Online Banking from www.newbridgebank.com. When logging in for the first time, please follow these important steps:
- If you were already using CapStone Bank's Personal Online Banking, you do not need to "Sign Up" for NewBridge Bank Online Banking. Instead, enter your CapStone Bank "User ID" where we ask for your "Access ID" in the Online Banking Services menu in the upper left corner of our website. Click "Submit."
- On the next page, enter your temporary password which will be the last four digits of your social security or tax ID number.
- On the next page, you will be prompted to change your password. When changing your password, remember, your "Current Password" is the last four digits of your social security or tax ID number.
- Follow the remaining prompts to access your accounts.

If you are a business client trying to access Business Lite Online Banking for the first time, you will need to sign up for this service by following our first time user enrollment process.
