If you are a victim of ATM and Debit Card fraud

  • If you have lost your card or believe it’s been stolen, please call 800-472-3272.
  • Contact NewBridge Bank’s Client Support Center at 800-456-6505. We are available to answer your calls Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

  •  Contact the following groups to file a complaint and report the fraud:
  • If you believe you have provided personal account information in response to a fraudulent telephone call, please contact NewBridge Bank’s Client Support Center at 800-456-6505 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time. If the Client Support Center is unavailable, please contact us via email.
