Business Online Banking and Bill Pay, ACH and Wire Services
As a valued business banking client, we personally contacted you to review NewBridge Bank’s Business Online Banking and any additional online services you use (Online Bill Pay, ACH and/or Wire Services). As you begin using our Business Online Banking, ACH and Wire Services, please don't hesitate to reach out to your local banking professional for support.
Logging in to NewBridge Bank’s Business Online Banking for the First Time
Upon reviewing and executing NewBridge Bank’s Business Online Banking Agreement, NewBridge Bank issued you new credentials to access Business Online Banking. You may now log in to NewBridge Bank’s Business Online Banking with your new credentials. Upon logging in, please re-establish any pending and recurring internal transfers.
Accessing and Using Online Bill Pay
You now have access Online Bill Pay from NewBridge Bank’s Business Online Banking.
While your Online Bill Pay history did not transition from Security Savings Bank’s system, your existing merchants and pending and recurring bill payments have converted to our system. Please review your merchants and pending and recurring bill payments so that you can validate that they transitioned accurately upon logging in for the first time.
NewBridge Bank’s Online Bill Pay initiates payments differently from Security Savings Bank’s Online Bill Pay.
Security Savings Bank’s Online Bill Pay initiated your scheduled payment(s) if you had available funds to pay the bill(s). If you had available funds, Security Savings Bank would immediately deduct the money from your account(s) and send the payment(s). If you did not have available funds, the scheduled payment(s) would be delayed until you did have available funds which could result in late payments.
NewBridge Bank’s Online Bill Pay works just like a check. We will always initiate scheduled payment(s) on the date you’ve selected (as if you were physically writing a check), and the item will clear your account accordingly. This system reduces the risk of your merchants receiving late payments; however, your payment(s) will be processed even if doing so overdraws your account and initiates an overdraft (non-sufficient funds) fee.
The cutoff time for ACH files is now 4 p.m. As a safeguard, we recommend submitting your ACH files at least three (3) days before the effective date. At minimum, we require you to submit files for credits two (2) days before the effective date, and you must submit files for debits one (1) day before the effective date.
The cutoff time for wires is now 3 p.m.
